Do I need to provide a credit card if I sign up for the FREE subscription?

No, credit cards are only needed when you sign up for a paid plan.

Will my data be saved if I upgrade my account to a paid plan with more features?

Yes, in a paid plan you can download any videos and data to your own server or any other platform so they can be archived. The data from past surveys and any contact lists will automatically be saved on the paid plans. The videos and data captured on the FREE plan, however, are deleted every 48 hours.

What happens if I want to upgrade or downgrade my account?

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Your new plan will go into effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade, you will no longer have access to the features from the original plan.

What payment methods does TalkBackTime support?

We’ve partnered with Stripe.com to provide a fast and highly secure checkout process, and your credit card and billing data are never stored in our database.

Does TalkBackTime require me to sign a contract for any of the plans (including the FREE option)?

No, there is no contract with any of our plans. You simply register and agree to our Terms of Use.

If I choose an annual plan instead of a month-to-month plan, am I able to cancel prior to the term expiration? And, am I subject to any extra fees if I do so?

The annual billing option offers a discount and cannot be cancelled prior to expiration. There is no extra fee if the annual plan is cancelled or downgraded at the end of the term.

What customer support options does TalkBackTime provide?

With the exception of Enterprise level accounts, we limit our support to online communications for a few reasons:
–It allows us to keep our pricing down while maintaining a feature-rich application.
–It allows our team to gather system details and other information so that we can troubleshoot effectively.
–It enables us to easily send educational resources like articles and videos that help you get the most out of our platform.
