TalkBackTime Helps WRAL TV Station’s Viewers To Be Seen And Heard

WRAL was the first TV station to use TalkBackTime to create a new branded segment called Your Voice. TalkBackTime allows WRAL to solicit viewer feedback on air, and collect 30-second responses online and in real-time. Some topics have resulted in up to 600 viewer created videos- something that would have been nearly impossible to accomplish in the field. 

WRAL General Manager Joel Davis saw WRAL realize its vision to get Your Voice up and running in January ’21, and it has since been met with a “huge response”. 

Your Voice is a way to “get diverse opinions in the newscast and in our digital platforms more easily without having to go to the outlying counties every day”.
